when you put your mind to it...

Your mind is an amazing tool and we far to often neglect to give it the credit that it is due.


If you really want something and truly believe in your mind that you can do it, you will find a way to make it possible.

Now this isn't true on things that can't be worked towards, like a lottery win, or world peace (even though I know as a fellow vegan this is what you're likely to be aiming for) but this certainly applies on all the wonderful realistic goals that you can believe in. When you believe you can achieve you take steps to get there, and these are the steps you need to take in order for you to reach them.


Now be careful with this as it can also work in the opposite way... if you believe that you can't - guess what... you're likely not to. This is because your brain will stop thinking of all the wonderful positive things that you will need to do in order for you to reach where you want to be.


These things can start off small and work up to your dreams and desires, but for today I believed I could get out of bed an hour early and complete an online yoga session without waking the kids and feeling great to start the day.... and I did! When you believe in yourself it means you have faith in your capabilities, and that what you want, you can have, as you have the ability to get it. You can overcome self doubt and become a confident go-getter who can succeed in whatever you believe... when you put your mind to it.
